"When growing pea microgreens for my family of three, I use simpler methods than my commercial grows. Follow the basic directions by soaking seeds for 4-6 hours, drain and rinse, and then add to soil. I like to use a small barnwood planter for food that doubles as decoration. Cover the seeds with saran wrap for 2-3 days. Then remove saran wrap and place on your windowsill. Harvest fresh as needed."
