What standards we comply to

Spokane Organics utilizes the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA (WCAG 2.1 AA) as our overall web accessibility standard for our website and mobile apps. Our team maintains a keen focus on any updates to the accessibility standards in order to remain accessible and usable by all our customers. As a result of our standards, we remain in compliance with Title III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Audits & Testing

How we comply with standards

Spokane Organics routinely conducts internal website and mobile apps accessibility audits and testing to ensure our continued compliance with the current W3C's WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We test and certify the accessibility of each page of our website and mobile apps prior to launching them and as well monitor and maintain compliance as needed. We provide on-going training and education to all employees to ensure their awareness and understanding of our current website accessibility guidelines and policies.
