pH is a reference to the potential of Hydrogen. pH levels are crucial to knowing how your plants may or may not be absorbing vital nutrients. We suggest that pH levels are kept in the 5.7 to 6.2 range which is where your plants will optimally absorb the nutrients.
There's a few different ways to test your pH levels, such as traditional paper pH test strips, liquid solution based pH test kits, and digital pH monitors. If you are in doubt, consult with one of our in-house experts for more direction on monitoring and adjusting your pH levels.
Yes, we stock a good variety of organic fertilizers and organic nutrients that can be used in any gardening system. Depending on what exactly you are growing, we can help you determine the best fertilizer and nutrients for your operation.
Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are processed and packaged for shipping within 48 hours for items that are in stock. For any orders that require special sourcing, it may take up to 7 days for processing.

By law, Spokane Organics must collect sales tax from the majority of US states that we ship to. The amount of tax is based on state and local laws and is calculated based on the shipping address that you enter during checkout.
There are a couple different ways to know your order was successfully placed. When you went through your initial checkout process and placed your order, you should have seen an order confirmation page letting you know the order was successfully placed. If you didn't see that page or remember it, you will receive an email for any successful order. If you did not receive an email regarding your successful order, you may contact customer service to inquire further.
