When you place an order, you will be prompted for login details to manage your purchase(s). The information you provide such as email and password during the first transaction will create your Spokane Organics account.

Yes, all Spokane Organics account holders receive our promotions and limited sales offers via email. We absolutely do not spam you, all offers that we send you are simply emails with direct offers of interest.

Anytime you receive an email from us, there will be a prominent option in the footer of the email to unsubscribe without any hassle.

Both our physical locations generally carry most of what we stock online, so you are very likely to find what you need. However, you can also call our stores and ask. Here is where you can find both our physical locations.

If you bought a product from one of our stores, all returns must be made at that store. If you purchased a product online, you will need to start the online return process by requesting an RMA via phone or email.
