Spokane Organics offers competitive shipping rates with a variety of shipping methods from multiple transport carriers to serve you.

Spokane Organics has affordable shipping shipping rates that we pass down to you. We do not mark up our shipping rates for profit and work hard to offer affordable shipping to all of our customers.

Shipping Time

Order deliver timeframe

All shipping times provided to you at the time of your order placement are approximate based on the shipping carrier's suggestions. All shipping time approximations are provided by the shipping carrier prior to any orders leaving our facilities. Once a shipment leaves our facilities, we have no control over when your shipment will arrive to you.

International Shipping

Responsibility and liability

We do ship internationally to most countries. Each country has its own unique table of assigning fees to inbound packages from other countries. Per the Incoterms of the order Sales Terms, you responsible for any tariffs, duties, import taxes, customs charges, GST, VAT, customs value, or any other fees assessed by the particular government or country the product is exported to.

Shipment Tracking

How to track your shipment

You will be provided with the respective tracking number for your order at the time of shipment. You may view the tracking number(s) for your order shipment(s) within each order, by loging into your account and navigating to the My Orders section of the Account Portal. If shipment tracking is not showing any scans or your shipment has not been received on time, please contact us via phone or email, and have your order number ready.

Return Shipping Fees

Cost to ship return items

We do not pay for return shipping costs in the event of warranty issues and/or damage caused by the shipper. If for any reason the items you ordered are not permitted in your country, we cannot be responsible for return shipping fees. We will refund all product costs for returns that meet our Return Policy, however we do not refund shipping costs.
