Netafim Manual Disc Filters are
engineered for efficient operation year after year with practically no
maintenance. Plastic rings stack together creating a cylindrical filter
element. During filtration, the rings are compressed together
effectively filtering the water and protecting the system from clogging.
The water is then forced to flow through the grooves of the disc rings,
where debris is trapped; releasing only clean water to the irrigation
system. Works well as a stand-alone unit or combined to form modular
filter batteries.
How It Works
As
dirty water is pumped into the filter, and pressure increases, the
water compresses the disc rings together tightly. The water is then
forced to flow through the grooves of the disc rings, where debris is
trapped, releasing only clean water to the irrigation system.
