Agrowtek SXC Digital Indoor Environment Sensor & Logger w/CO2 and PLIR

Description

GrowControl™ SXC is a precision agricultural climate sensor featuring temperature, humidity, ambient light sensors, CO2 ppm sensor, and PLIR Sensor. This advanced unit allows accurate readings up to 40,000 ppm. The PLIR™ downward-looking plant-leaf infrared sensor provides real-time leaf temperatures for VPD measurements. The compact sensor array features an improved enclosure design for enhanced durability and performance. The SXC is fan aspirated for continuous accuracy and protected with a no-tool servicable air filter. The digital temperature/humidity chip offers high stability and accuracy with specialized filters to protect the sensor element from dew and dust. The integrated light sensor delivers readings in umol/m2/s (ppfd) with ultra-low light sensitivity for detecting light leaks. The integrated CO2 sensor module is found inside of the SXC environment sensor and can measure up to 40,000ppm with accurate and reliable NDIR sensor technology. The PLIR™ sensor reads plant leaf surface temperatures with a precision downward-looking infrared sensor. The PLIR™ sensor allows accurate real-time calculations of VPD (vapor pressure deficit) eliminating the need to take manual temperature readings with a hand-held pyrometer and entering temperature offsets. The sensor hangs above the crop canopy and connects to Agrowtek's GrowControl™ GCX Cultivation Controllers as part of a complete facility control solution.
